H
Health

You thought I was going to go with Happy didn’t you? Well, without good health happiness is tough to
come by. Take time to go for your annual physicals. Make sure your family members do as well.

Preventative measures are important to good health. If you are a woman do breast self-exams regularly
and encourage your friends and family to do the same. Check out any unusual moles instead of
ignoring them.

  1. Good advice - I'm always looking out for everyone but myself. These serious deep circles under my eyes tell me probably do need a check up!

    1. As women we tend to do that. I make sure everyone has a coat and then forget mine. Same with Dr appointments.

I hope you just need a good nights rest and the circles aren't indicative of anything else. Take some time for yourself tonight.

  2. I'm a nurse so that makes me the worst patient, which means I haven't been to the doctor in years.

  3. When I got on my present wife's health insurance about 15 years ago I started keeping up with my health better. Before that I didn't always want to spend the money on doctors. I was also younger and healthier then.

  4. Too true that health is a critical part of happiness. You're absolutely right that preventative care is the best course.
